The information we receive
We operate LLMVisibility.com to introduce the domain and respond to purchase and partnership inquiries. When you use our inquiry form, we receive your name, email address, selected interest, and the purchase-platform preference or partnership description you provide. On the dedicated inquiry page, you may also provide your company name. We receive any further details you choose to include in our correspondence.
Please limit your message to information relevant to the inquiry. We do not need payment-card details, account passwords, identification documents, or confidential customer records in the initial form.
How we use inquiry details
We use the information to review your interest, reply to you, and discuss a possible transaction or partnership. We may retain correspondence to keep track of the discussion, resolve questions, and maintain records of any agreement that follows. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.
We do not sell your inquiry details or use them to build advertising audiences. We share information only as needed to handle the inquiry, support the website, complete an agreed transaction, or meet applicable obligations. If a purchase proceeds, the relevant transaction provider will have its own information requirements and privacy practices.
Service providers and technical records
Our hosting and inquiry service providers process information needed to deliver the website and route form submissions. Technical records may include an IP address, request time, requested address, browser information, and service errors. We use those records where needed to operate the website, investigate delivery problems, and address abuse.
We display GoDaddy and Escrow.com as available purchase-platform preferences. Choosing a platform in our form tells us your preference. The form is sent to our inquiry service; that choice does not itself create an account or submit a transaction to either platform.
Cookies and browser storage
We do not use optional analytics or advertising cookies on this website. Our cookie-preferences dialog can save an essential-only preference in your browser’s local storage when you choose to save it. You can remove that preference through your browser’s site-data controls.
Our pages request fonts from Google Fonts. Those requests allow your browser to display the site’s typography and may provide Google with ordinary connection information such as your IP address and browser headers. Your browser may cache fonts and images as part of loading the site. We do not use that cache to track your activity.
Retention and requests
We keep inquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to handle the discussion and any related recordkeeping requirements. The appropriate period depends on whether the inquiry ends, remains active, or results in an agreement. We aim to avoid keeping information that no longer serves a relevant purpose.
You can ask us about information you have supplied, request a correction, or request deletion by replying to our correspondence. If you do not have an existing email thread, use the OnlineBusiness.com contact page and identify your message as a privacy request concerning LLMVisibility.com. We may need enough information to confirm that the request concerns your own records.
Links and updates
Our editorial pages link to external sources. We do not control how those websites handle information, so review their policies when you visit them. If we change our own information practices, we will update this page and its date. Our current policy remains available from the footer throughout the website.
